1、Headcount: Each chapter has 5 Delegates.
(1) Each chapter has one additional Delegate for every 100 chapter members.
(2) Each chapter can have a maximum of 200 Delegates.
2、Monastic Advisors for all chapters.Observers
Primarily executives and members of chapters and subchapters.
* To register and attend, all participating BLIA members and executives must hold an authorized membership card issued by the World Headquarters.
* Registration is capped at 3,547 attendees, with each region’s allocation as follows:
Chunghua: 1,500 N America: 450 Oceania: 216
NE Asia: 331 S America: 120 Africa: 60
SE Asia: 450 S Asia: 50 Europe: 370
IV、Fees:
Registration and payment before March 31, 2025: 300 USD/10,000 NTD per person
Registration and payment between April 1–30, 2025: 350 USD/12,000 NTD per person
Registration and payment from May 1, 2025: 400 USD/14,000 NTD per person
Remarks:
1) Registration fee includes food and accommodation during the Conference (5 days and 4 nights.)
2) Those arriving earlier or leaving later and require transportation, meals, and accommodation (at their own expense) should register through their local branch temple with the Conference organizer.
3) Transaction fees arising from transfers shall be paid by the registrant.
V、Registration:
Date: From January 1, 2025 to May 31, 2025.
Method: Online at https://www.blia.org。
Transportation: From October 14 to October 20, the organizer will provide transportation between the following airports and Yixing Dajue Temple:
Nanjing Lukou International Airport (NKG) (1.5 hours one-way)
Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) (3 hours one-way)
Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (SHA) (3 hours one-way)
* In order to facilitate smooth transportation arrangements, please confirm your flight before August 31 and provide the flight time as soon as possible.

Time: October 15 (Wed) 2:00 – 5:00 PM
Location: FGS Ancestral Monastery Yixing Da Jue Temple, China
Method: For a successful check-in, please wear your BLIA uniform and membership card.
VII、Further Information:
Ex-officio Delegates should complete check-in in the afternoon of October 15 (Wed), and attend the 7th Meeting of the Seventh Board of Directors at 7:00 PM.
For details and forms regarding the selection of outstanding chapters, promotion and appointment of Lay Dharma Lecturer/Teacher, and newly-established Elder Advisor Committees, please refer to Attachments 1 to 3.
Chapter work reports: please submit the sign-up form before July 31. The time allocated to each report will be based on the number of chapters registered and they will be notified separately (Attachment 4). The report file must be sent to the organizer’s mailbox before September 15 for testing and confirmation.Night of Buddha’s Light: The Night of Buddha’s Light serves to enhance
fellowship between BLIA chapters, and all chapters on the five continents are welcome to provide performances with music and dance. Vice Secretaries General from each continent are to coordinate 1–2 performances as an offering to all attendees. Please submit the sign-up form before September 15 (Attachment 5).
In the spirit of environmental and spiritual preservation, digital copies of the event handbook and commemorative journal will be provided to every 3 participant. One printed copy of the event handbook and commemorative journal will be provided to each Ex-officio Delegate. We welcome sponsorships from BLIA chapters and members; the sponsorship form is per Attachment 6.
For a vibrant flag-raising ceremony, representatives are invited to put on the national costumes and carry the flags of their country. Participating chapters shall bring their chapter flags and submit them during check-in.
Opening Ceremony
Lay Dharma Lecturers/Teachers, Chapter Presidents, and Elder Advisors General shall wear their sash during the ceremony. For chapters that held re-elections at the end of 2024, there will be a handover between incoming and outgoing Chapter Presidents; please bring your chapter flag and sash to the ceremony.
Certification rehearsal: The following participants shall complete check-in before 5:00 PM on October 15, and be available for rehearsal at 8:00 PM (after the Board of Directors meeting): incoming and outgoing Chapter Presidents; newly appointed Elder Advisors; newly established chapters, elder advisor committees, and Buddha’s Light Scouts; as well as newly appointed/promoted Lay Dharma Lecturers.
Presenting souvenirs: For chapters that wish to present souvenirs to the organizer during the closing ceremony, please complete and submit the form (Attachment 7) before September 15 to facilitate arrangements. Applications will not be accepted at the conference.
Post-conference tours: Those interested in the tours shall contact the Conference Travel Unit before January 31. Please complete the registration form and send it to the organizer’s mailbox: fucha2345@yahoo.com.tw (Attachment 8)
Visas: For those who require a visa to enter mainland China, application for a tourist visa is recommended.
