2025 BLIA Europe Fellowship Meeting

I. Objective: To promote exchanges and fellowship for BLIA Europe members.

V. Dates: Meeting Schedule – June 20~22, 2025 (Friday ~ Sunday)

• June 20 (Friday): Check-in from 16:30 - 17:00 pm, Opening Ceremony/ Welcome Dinner (Eurostars Universal Lisboa Hotel)

• June 21 (Saturday): Meeting and Discussion/ Closing Ceremony (Eurostars Universal Lisboa Hotel)

• June 22 (Sunday): Farewell/ Post-meeting Tours

 VII. Eligible Participants:

BLIA chapter and subchapter executives, including elder advisors, presidents, treasurers, secretaries etc. or BLIA members recommended by chapter presidents or monastic advisors.

VIII. Fees:

1. Fellowship Meeting:  150.00 € per person
   200.00 € per person (registration and paid before March)
   250.00 € per person (registration after March)
   * Fee includes lunch and dinner on 20 and 2 June and does not include accommodation,  transportation, or any personal expenses.

2. Accommodation: Please book your own accommodation.

3. After registering, please make payment within one week to complete the registration. Once registered, fees will not be refunded for any cancellations.

IX. Registration:

1. Date: Now until quota is full.

2. How to register: Online at www.blia.org (with BLIA membership card)
   * Monastic advisors to use the ECP system.
   * If you cannot register with the internet, please contact your BLIA chapter to assist with online registration.

3. Transport: To assist with transportation arrangements, please remind members to fill in arrival and departure times on the BLIA registration website by April 1.

4. Fee submission: Fees are to be collected by the local BLIA chapter before submitting to the host organization by April 1. Please email proof of payment to bliaeu2019@gmail.com.

X. Post-meeting Tours:

Please refer to Attachment 3. Those wishing to join the tours, please pay close attention to the points of entry and departure as well as booking of hotel accommodation.

XI. Please note:

1. Participants are to wear BLIA uniform with membership card, chapter uniform, and BLIA Europe T-shirt.

2. Please bring your own country’s small national flags.

3. For other matters, please contact BLIA Europe Regional Office.
